John Vincent Coulter was born in 1961 to the couple Nell Martin, husband of Martin, a wife of an agent of the F.B.I. Her family is Irish as well as German. She was an United States Court of Appeals law clerk in Kansas following the completion of law. In the following years, she decided to leave her government position and take up a new position in New York City. The new job she took was corporate law. She made an appearance in T.V. in 1998. In 1998 she was several times on the television to talk about her thoughts on the Bill Clinton affair and his impeachment.
